JobScoutly's core features — including the resume builder, job board, and job match analyzer — are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance and will not affect features that were free at the time you started using them without prior notice.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and all other content created by JobScoutly, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our job board aggregates listings from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. We are not responsible for the hiring practices, privacy policies, or content of third-party employers or job platforms. Applying to jobs through our Service is at your own discretion and risk.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to help generate resume content, suggest improvements, and match resumes to job descriptions. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in job applications. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
